360 w. Eddy RPM intake for my '65 Dart - will it fit?

I'm running an rpm airgap on my 63 dart with no hood clearance issues. Just get the air cleaner with a dropped base and you should be fine. You may have to get rid of the spacer though.
One of the FABO veterans told me about the Proform 66808 air cleaner base for a 2-1/4" drop. That should allow you to keep the 1" spacer with the AG intake to compensate for the bottom end of the rated range (1500-6500).

To stir the pot a bit more for my own selfish purposes, can anyone share any anecdotes about 4-hole vs open spacers w.r.t. bottom end performance? Open is usually suggested for top end power, right?

Also, has anyone ever compared 1" spacers to 2" spacers enough to share their experiences? (The Proform 66808 will allow for a 2" spacer under my hood with the short 3.5" Edelbrock carbs and the 5.35" AG intake.) Just fishing...
