Ok, this should be an easy job but I cannot find anything anywhere. I am looking for someone to make me something simular to a disc type soft plug only FLAT (like a sheet metal circle) only in aluminum so it wont rust, the thinner the better as long as it wont crumple up like tin foil...LOL here's the specs:

2.750" diameter

.030 to .080 thick (not to picky) even if it was thinner slightly malleable would be ok (actually the thinner the better)

Drill two holes .785 in diameter (or close)

Holes need to be 1.5" apart from the center.

I would prefer it to have a brushed aluminum type finish if at all possible? Nice round clean edges and faces of the disc.

I just need two of these if anyone can help? Thanks guy's !!

I know it's a ways off but even with shipping you might save some bucks. The last they did for me was two 3/16 wheel spacers to my drawing from a hard alum' alloy for $65 and done in two days from first visit.

If you could aquire a 3 inch hole saw I can tell you how to run it centerless. Theres 2.75 diameter slug. The .785 dia. drill through is what 25/64" ?
Anyway... good luck

I have a CNC shop , so no problem . $30.00 shipped . PM for my Paypal and I wil get them out the next day . I will scotchbrite them for that brushed look .

I will vouch for damraider's work. I got one of his gas caps for Nikkis 66 off ebay and it is a great piece.
