When are they?
Do they still let you camp like at the VAN Nationals?

We'd like to try to go depending on when?8)
 
The other day got an email with a link to the vendor contract which I've already printed and returned for my spaces N6 & 7. Dates are Aug 12, 13, & 14th. Been going since '85 and won't miss this one either unless I've kicked the bucket. Someone asked about camping - no camping allow on the site and they provide night time security there too.
 
IF you guys are talking about Mopar Nationals in OHIO ,, I heard through the grape vine ... this year is last year :(
 
I'd be surprised if this is the last year for it. Way to much money being made there. It seems that rumor goes around every year. I know that a lot of the after show events and cruising is slowly moving from Brice Rd to Heath Ohio. The police and the locals seem to be friendlier to us.
and yes, I'm excited too!
I can't wait. I've got cabin fever like I've never had before.
 
I heard some of the major sponsors pulling out ... I hope it is not last year ...
 
I think even Guantonimo Bay would be friendlier that the cops on Brice Rd....

... anybody ever get a ticket for failure to display a front plate when your home state only issues 1 plate??

That's why people are starting to migrate to Heath. I made a pass down Brice Rd and on to a Texas Roadhouse for dinner. The cops were everywhere. There were probably 6 cars pulled over. I got the stink eye from a cop.
You would think the business owners would be happy about us being there.
I didn't know about Heath until the next night. I had a better time there. The locals were sitting on the curbs watching the car show drive by. The cops were friendly, no one was acting up, good times.
For the record, I'd be pissed about the ticket. I know why you would pay it, but not without a nice long note to a court.
 
No, it's not too early to be pumped. I hope you have a hotel room reserved. Skip Brice Road and go to Heath.
