Mountain Lions In West Virginia

I have been hiking out of the mountains at night by myself and have heard them screaming behind me. Talk about scary. I was even packing an M&P .40 at the time. LOL

Last year I was really close to a den while I was sat up with a spotting scope watching a herd of elk. I could hear the cubs making all kinds of noise. This is why I always pack a pistol.
