65 dart - stock wheelwells - offset shackles - can I fit an 8.5" rim?

A 255/60/15 on a 7" rim w/ 4 1/4" backspace will fit in the stock opening..

Are you getting them to fit with with stock (non-offset) shackles? How close is the tire bulge to the springs?
