He meant to say, ''NO, msd distributors come with bushings to limit the mechanical advance''

He forgot the comma after ''No''

MSD distributors come with advance bushings.

I run the pro billet too.
No problems.
I have mine set to give 8* mechanical advance.
I made my own bushing.
