440 Dart cooling fan & shroud
Hey guys. I have very little room for a mechanical fan in my 69 Dart. Its a 440 with a BeCool 2 row aluminum radiator. I have a couple of electric fans I can use, but I've never been in favor of electric fans as primary cooling fans. Anyway, I would have to install 1 electric fan on each side of the radiator in order to have air movement over the whole radiator.
What do you veterans suggest I do here? Maybe a stainless flex fan with no spacer bolted directly to the face of the pulley? I suppose I could fab a shroud, but if you have any suggestions as far as a stock plastic shroud I will be appreciative. The radiator is 22 inches wide.
