6.9 Baja Mexico Earthquake - Felt in SoCal

-
There is something about having bricks. glass, metal and other various sundry objects striking me in the head that does not agree with me. I will never move out to California because of the Earthquakes. I know that they could happen here in North Carolina, however the risk is much less than in California. Hope you all stay safe out there. Remember to wear your hard hats!!!!!!

It's not that bad, especially in Southern Ca. They said this one was the strongest in the San Diego area in recorded history of the state, since the 1700's. Those odds are worth not having the cold you have there. I've been in NC during December before, and it's cold.

I always love these comments. Let's see, we get really good shakers every now and again. (The last "biggie" was like 14 years ago). You get hurricanes what? Every year? Of course, I don't suppose there is any chance of getting hit in the head with a brick, glass, metal, sundry objects or trees in one to two hundred mile per hour winds......

I'll take the occasional trembler to shoveling snow any day of the year!
