Pressure Regulator recommendation

I have a low 12 second 408 powered Duster. My fuel pumps (electric into Mechanical) are overpowering the needles in my TQ at WOT over 6000 rpm.

I need a fuel pressure regulator to hold the pressure closer to 5, but still flow enough to keep from starving the engine. Any recommendations?

What's your fuel pressure at the carb at 3000 and 6000 RPM. I'd first take out one of the pumps, probably the mechanical, and just run the electric and recheck your fuel pressure. I'd also go a little higher than 5#'s, 6-7 would be better.
