From the picture, your weed looks like sour dock or just dock. Some 2,4-D from your local Ace Hardware and a hand sprayer should knock it out. Careful with the 2,4-D because it will kill all broadleaf plants, don't allow wind drift. I use it on my lawn and have taken care of my dandilion problem.
