Does a 360 with hydraulic lifters need offset rockers? Please identify?!?

whew! I just found out about the offset rockers, so I started to get a little confused.

These rockers look to be in pretty good shape, so I think I'll use these, Since the Cranes Irons are $300.00. Are the Cranes really that much better though?

Don't I need springs, or shims between these rockers? If so, can someone direct me on where to buy them?

Are you sure these are 273 rockers? These in the photo have a lock nut/adjuster screw like an aftermarket rocker arm. The 273's used a friction type adjustment screw.
