Does a 360 with hydraulic lifters need offset rockers? Please identify?!?

Lil trick with these rockers is to re drill the oiling holes so that it sprays oil on the rocker tip instead of the top of the valve cover.. Then either fill the old holes or re bush the rockers covering up the old holes... Make sure the new hole goes through the new bushing installed and they move freely on the shaft...
