I just have everything shipped to Pembina Parcel, couple miles past the Emerson border check on the USA side. THey will accept Fed Ex UPS and USPS. Make sure you name is on outside of box .
They charge $5.00 per item. Make sure you have a copy of payment for the border. They even let you know when it arrives. No problems at all crossing back. No brokers or 1 month delays.
I picked up 4 boxes, 3 ebay and 1 from a member here just on Saterday.
You should have seen all the tires that were there.
