best disc brakes for sbp

Search this forum and you will find all the sources you need, for the Centric rotors, and for calipers as well. Last fall the Centric rotors were available under $40 / each. Calipers can be rebuilt very easily on the bench, the pistons and seals are widely available. Mustang pistons for the 4 piston Mustang calipers of the mid-1960s cars are the same as the SBP K-H calipers.

If you want to buy calipers already rebuilt, here you go:

Rock Auto

Raybestos
FRC 4175 $61.75........$30 core
FRC 4176 $61.75........$30 core

CENTRIC also sells rebuilt calipers:
You can get rebuilt calipers on exchange from Centric. A shop/custormer of mine got these for under $70 each his costs.

The info. I just posted about the K-H Calipers and the SBP Centric rotors is only a couple months old, so these should still work.
The links shown are just a few --- there are many more sources you just have to spend time searching the web.

You may need to order off the web, as many of the local auto parts stores do not have experienced help that can cross-reference the K-H setup from the manuals.

DO NOT expect your local auto parts stores to locate and solve your questions on SBP K-H brake parts. It's been many members from this board experience that the auto parts counter people are not that interested in diggin around for the info. You may be fortunate and know someone at a parts store that knows older Mopars and will work with you, but for certain, you will find these parts on teh web. Patience and perserverance is your friend.
