Listen to this motor please, what is wrong with it?

Could be a burnt piston too. Check out my 4.0 HO thread here: http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=89636 It's very common for the heads to warp on the later models which results in coolant in the oil which of course, burns the bearings.
