Good news on all fronts. Like timblia said, bureaucracy is a slow turning wheel. The file could be in his inbox, and he ain't gonna look for it until after coffee lol.. Just keep calling for information and updates, they hate being "bothered" at work, and will do what they have to do so they can escape back into oblivion.
