I am sure I am not the first to ask... Which is better, TTIs or a good set of 340 manifolds? What casting numbers should I be looking for on the 340 manifolds? Where is the best price on TTIs?

Better for what?

Power? Headers, hands down.

Clearance, longevity, sealing, noise reduction? Manifolds.

If you are looking for power headers are the way to go. I would run a set of either TTI's or Dougs.
 
I just installed the new small block TTi 1 7/8 headers for the stock style heads and I can say these are sweeeeeeet,hats off to TTi for making such a nice product.
 
No question about it tti's over manifolds any day,doug's are suppose to be good too...
