I woke up this afternoon to find snow on the rental car, I'm doing the night shift at a Chemical Plant, and I almost quit my job and went back to bed. I can't god damned believe my luck and it's stinking cold at site up on the compressor deck, did I mention I hate my job. :cussing: I think I''m going to phone my boss in the morning and tell him to kiss my :butthead:
 
It's 3:00am and I'm getting ready for work. We had 40 degrees Farenheit yesterday with some snow flurries. Sunny, windy and cool today. This may be my last chance to drive the B'cuda to work!

Hell, it's 1am and I've been here since 6pm and don't leave for another 5 hours!! It's pretty dang cold here too...just checked and it's almost 65*F. Brrrrrrrrrrr!!

It's 6:00 in the morn on Friday the 13th and I get off at 6:30. It's also 27* F and it snowed yesterday (Thurs). I work 10:00 pm to 6:30 Am. The Grave Yard shift. I'm A custodian at a Tech College.

Aw, don't mind me.........

I have family in Buffalo this morning.......guess I'm just happy to be spared that 30 inches of wet snow they were blessed with, and it's still snowin'...........(makes me wish I had my vintage racin' sleds here with me........still love a good snow).

Power is out to over a quarter million up there........what a mess....time to put the A-Body's in the garage I guess.
 
Amen to that... had an 1.5" of snow in Chicago last week, now it's just rainy crap all week long... B'Cuda had her last cruise in on Sat. and now she's going to get tucked up on the jack stands and covered with her car cover for the winter... it's a sad time of year.
 
Rain, sleet or snow, I don't care I'll take it. It's so f*cking dry in SE Kansas I've forgotten what mud is. This drought is unbelievable. :sad1:
 
We got a flood in yesterday. Sun today. Probly gonna be 88 + today. Supposed to rain to tomarrow with a cold front blowing in. Probly going to be a woping 50 something at night this Thursday. Guess it's time to break out the long sleeves. Maybe it'll be back to 90+ by Saturday. Gotta love that Houston weather. Oh yeah...What's snow?
 
Maybe my geography is mistaken but I always thought it snowed up there in Canada. I mean isn't that like being surprised by a hurricane in Florida?
 
good god all this talk about snow...man it is only the beginning of oct! i like to hope that the winter holds off as long as it can. i can't stand the cold. when it finally does get here, i do nothing but look forward to the day when it leaves again....(sigh) :wack:
