how to make the /6 a powerhouse

I will agree that Clifford's prices are a little high, but I've been running their split headers, 4-BBL intake, shot peened rods, and double roller timing chain with great success (on and off the track) for 6 years....Over 900+ passes with most of that equipment. Having said that, upgrading to a super six, or a 4-barrel setup and adding some headers will help immensely...Just need to help the slant breathe a little. Then you can start thinking about doing what the other poster has mentioned. A turbocharger setup is next on the list for my slant!

oh a 4 barrel? i was thinking 2, but i'll look into some 4 barrels
