I've been to this one a few times, and not once has the person at the gate even known what to charge for admission. 2 years ago they would not let me in unless I paid full price for all 3 people in my car- as if they all had cars with them. I sent Hemmings an e-mail when I got home and they apologized and said they would refund all of my money- 6 months later after multiple follow-up e-mails from me, they finally sent me a check.
As I stated to them, it wasn't about the money, or the idiot at the gate, the problem was it took 6 months for them to keep their word, and in her last e-mail she explained how busy she was; I don't need to hear her problems.
On Sunday they charged me $20 for my car and 1 passenger; according to their own ads in HMM, it is $30 plus $20 for each passenger- total $50.
You're only as good as your last bad customer service experience.
