My brother spun a bearing in his 360 after blowing a shift. A bearing does not screach. It is a knocking sound deep in the block. So there is chance that it is something else. Check your wheel bearings. They tend to screach when going bad.
Also check your oil pressure. A spun bearing and it should be pretty weak. Like 5 - 10 max.
