Just spotted this on ebay. Item number: 300042701567

1970 Dart...has its hood scoops on backwards. Thats gotta be ackward; twin cowl induction. Geez. Otherwise a nice looking car. Hope its not anyones on here.

That's a new one,ever noticed how many Darts and Dusters on ebay have the rear spoilers on backwards?
I seen at least 5 in the last couple months!

some sort of cowl induction? maybe he lives in a very rainy state and figured this would help keep the rain out of the engine? humm?? the world may never know.....

Anybody ever notice those Go-Wing's that look just a tad off... they're probably a Fjord wing! Had a friend that didn't even know she had the wrong wing on her Cuda... :banghead:
 
Has anyone else noticed all of the people who are putting the stick on fake hood scoops on their cars and trucks lately? Everytime I see another one I want to stick my head out of the window and laugh at the top of my lungs. These hood scoops remind me of that.

There's a guy running around the Bayside area of Queens with a late 80's Nissan Maxima that has a backwards mounted six-pack scoop. I wish I can catch it with my camera....
 
I noticed that car on e bay also.It is only about 30 miles from me.I thought about going to take a look at it but am going to wait a couple days to see where the price heads! Don't be to hard on CHEBY guys I happen to own a couple of them also along with the Mopars!LOL SOME OLD HABITS JUST NEVER DIE!

Yep alot of trucks around here have them,the rice rockets are using them to.
 
Someone should tell the rice rocketeers that fake hood scoops add to aerodynamic drag and since most of them are looking for every last scrap of speed, they'd probably take them off. :evil2:
 
There is a chevy product running around here with a dual snorkle scoop on it's hood. Yep, you guessed it, it's on backwards. Also, it looks ridiclous!!!
