Has anyone else noticed all of the people who are putting the stick on fake hood scoops on their cars and trucks lately?

There's a guy running around the Bayside area of Queens with a late 80's Nissan Maxima that has a backwards mounted six-pack scoop. I wish I can catch it with my camera....
