Hi All and thanks for the responses to my previous post about the whine. My 904 now has a whine in gear sitting at a light. Is this a terminal pump:(? I heard somewhere there is a service bulletin for this kind of noise....am I dreaming?
I had a similar noise in my 904, it was only in reverse, I talked with Cope racing on this, he said its most likely "line pressure" noise, possibly from air in the lines, not that the noise is coming from the lines, just related to air in them or fluid. Now i will say this, ever sence i installed a Cheetah RMVB the noise is gone completely!! Trans shift like a rock 8).
