Well guys MoparFest is in a couple months(August 21-22)What hotel,s are members staying at?I would like to book a room at the same Hotel for meeting/socializing before,after the show.So lets hear where your staying?

I would like to meet up with members again for the cruise into New Hamburg like we did lastyear.What do you say Bill?(MtNemoMopar)

Also,Giles will you be contacting your club for a FABO section?

I'm also looking for hotel info. I won't have my Duster there but I'm mostly going to meet some A body guys and do some swap meet shopping.

I have been staying at the cranberry houseB&B for the last6-8 years,and is walking distance of the grounds and down the street from gilles place,makes it easier to crawl back to the B&B after a case of 24,or was it 48? Call Terry and see what is open still,tell him I sent you,he will probably charge you more because of that,but ask for the mopar discount,and that Scott promises not to steal any stone ducks!mrmopartech
 
We are staying in Kit with the gang from North Bay (Arseholes club).
Sue and I are going to the Mopar Nats in Ohio the weekend before so she is going to go shopping with a friend while I am at MF.

I will stop by and say Hi! to all you FABO guys (Pettyblue, MtNemo, ButterDuster et al.)

i will be there, no dart this year but looking for parts in the swap meet. not sure where we are staying but we always find a place.

We are good to go on the club parking, same as last year, just make sure you write down "FABO club member" on the pre-registration form somewhere and on a separate piece of paper just to be sure it gets noticed, the same applies to members that register via the web page. This way they will send you a different colored mirror tag for reserved/preferred/VIP parking.

Even if you are not registering an A body to the show, come park with us.

Yea I Will Be There This Year, Always Stay At The Comfort Inn in Kitchener, Heading Up Friday Morning So We Can Get A Head Start On Some Drinks. Lots Of Cars At This Motel. title

Lori and I will be coming, no car, but if I can will park the truck in the FABO spot! I will wear my "A BODY MUSCLE" tank top!! I think it was supposed to be a t-shirt but it must've shrunk going thru customs LOL
Scott I am pretty sure Lori and I will be getting a room. Email me when you have decided on a hotel.

I think I,ll book at the Comfort in again(did 2 years ago)I always have a hard time with the off ramps getting there for some odd reason.:toothy10:

Room at the Comfort Inn/Kitchener is booked for Aug.20-21 (519-894-3500)
 
I also booked a room at the Comfort Inn, Kitchener. My buddy and I are comign up Friday and plan to hit the field at 8am. I won't have an A-body but I'm hoping to meet most of the A body group. I also plan on hitting the swap meet.

When I booked a room,I requested a floor level room for parking and unloading stuff.The lady said I,ll go on a request list?WTF?I told her if I,m not guaranteed a floor room,I,ll be spending my money elsewhere.Should have asked her to define BOOKED,RESERVED?
 
I don't have a ton of stuff, or an old mopar coming with me so being on the second floor is fine with me.

I,m a smoker,so ground level is easier to go for a smoke.I also bring coolers 8) with cold beers,fruit,cheese and kobassa snacks.So I have to re and re into a fridge.Having my car right outside the door would be nice too.
 
We are also back at the Comfort Inn. Myself, another 69 Swinger, 74 Duster and hopefully Terry's Challenger with the Hemi (won at Moparfest couple of years ago).
Joining us there are the usual suspects from Ottawa and Hamilton (6 cars).
Always a great time! The Comfort Inn is a carshow in itself!!
