brake pressure differential switch?

Have a question regarding the brake pressure warning switch on the distribution block in my 72 demon w/front disc rear drums.

Basically I'm wondering if mine is physically broken? In all of the picture and diagrams in my service manual and what i've found online, the terminal seems to stick out quite a bit and mine does not. In fact I can't even get the connector hooked up.

There's a white plastic cover on it which I'm wondering will that come off? I figured I'd ask FABO first before I started pulling things apart...

I've attached the pictures for you guys to check out. If it is indeed broken, where can I get a new one? It kind of looks like I might need to buy a new distribution block as I haven't seen them individually??
