alternatives to an 8.75- what about an explorer 8.8?

If you dont mind me asking...what did they charge you? I live south of Salem and am going to need to know of what the rate is...if its too much here I will drive to Portland or have my friend whos a fabricator do it.

120 to cut it, with a mandatory hot tanking, which is another 50..... if you can get yours SUPER clean, then it won't need hot tanking...

i think for an extra 50 they will cut the shock mounts and spring perches off.. I'm just going to cut them off myself..
