Free Slant six and transmission

225 /6 with 904 transmission out of a 72 Duster .It did smoke and had a hesitation at acceleration in the carb.Might be a bad fuel pump but it does run.Its complete except for the coil ,has the standard points distributor.I may part it out if you pay for shipping of the parts but would rather someone locally take the entire unit .The transmission worked and shifted good,but may need rebuilt.
I have other parts for free if again you can pay shipping :
Cruise control unit,never tested it
Block heater
An old Archer Capacitance Discharge ignition box with wire.(pretty neat unit)
I will post pics as soon as can.Im located in Fort Collins,Colorado and if you are interested in a part,give me time to remove the part and get a shipping price.
I was going to put it on Craigslist but thought maybe some /6 guys need some parts.8)
 
Do you have the trans dipstick and tube? And if so, do you know if it will fit my '63 Dart? Thank You!
 
I'm very interested in that Archer box. I've never heard of one and can't find much info on the net, but I'm trying to build my car period correct and this might fit that bill nicely. Please send / post any details you have. Thanks

Ok,ill see what I can do.Im working on taking pics of everything but need to get batteries for my camera.

My car is also equipped with a 904, and I guess I can always "convince" it to fit! Could you pm me a price for the dipstick and tube shipped to 91342? Thanks!
 
Interested in the cruise control unit if it is complete. Do you have all the vacuum pieces and speedo cables for it, what about the switch for it?

yes,I have the switch and speedo cable and all the vacuum pieces for it,it will need new vacuum hoses for it.Consider it yours .Just a note the slant is gone someone picked it up today,same with transmission but I kept the dipstick tube and dipstick for you,MyStang.Ill get shipping prices on this stuff this week.Sorry,been busy on the Duster lately.8)
Kruzz,since fzmax asked about the Archer box first,ill see if he still wants it .

Heres some other stuff.A 225 air cleaner,and I know its summer,lol but heres a block heater.Never tested it but might be good for winter.Ill PM you guys with a quote soon.Its been a very busy week and sorry for the delays.
