$23K Hang Ten - Are they crazy?

..or am I just not up to speed on A-body values??

I'm in DFW so I might just drop by and look at this "gem".

First thing I noticed was the mismatch color in the decals and body paint. Second thing was the missing plastic insert between the front bumper and grill.
