Ha! They're great. I don't know anybody who's even heard of them.
I listen to a lot of bluegrass, in the car and out.. can definitely get a guy in trouble if he responds to the tempo with his foot. I think I'd stack just about any banjo player up against the hard rock/metal guitar virtuosos for ripping it up.
That said, Rush, Deep Purple, and Queensryche all get stuck in my ride's CD deck for weeks at a time too.
