They did NOT fudge the numbers on the Hemi and the 340.
Hemi was rated at 425@ 5000 rpm and that was about right.
Of course, if you looked at the rest of the dyno sheet you would see that it made a bit more up around 6500 rpm.
The 340 was rated the the same way.
