I found my car, it was easy. Went to Service Ontario in our town and told the lady I was looking for the 1969 Dart Swinger I bought new and licensed in 1969. Told her the partial VIN # was LM23P9B and she checked and asked if it was Blue and it was. I bought the used car package for the car fo $20. The last owner was a lady in Burlington so I looked her up in the 411 directory and also looked her up on facebook. I phoned her and asked her if she was the one who owned the car and she gave the phon to her husband and he said yes and answered all the questions I had. The car was scraped after a serious accident, ending my search. Hope you have better luck
