  • Sorry Geof -- I made some room. You can always call or email me direct at PhoenixSpecialtyCoatings@yahoo.com (it gets checked every day unlike FABO lately).
Thanks. Celebrated yesterday. Went to the local salvage yard in the dart. Tasha surprised me by inviting all my friends to supper. Hope to work on the car while the kids are napping.
    Geoff,

how are you, hope all is well with you and the family. Im looking for axles only to a 8.75 rear end small bolt pattern....not bent (lol). Would you happen to have or know who does.

    Thanks,

    larry

    thanks again,

Hey brother, life is going by fast. The first/only child turns 1 year old today. I owe Mr.Mopartech a list of books-now buried behind a mountain of car parts & funds have slowed down to a trickle. I am good, the wife is good, the baby is great, the road runner is down one cylinder (piston rings) so it is only idling in the drive way. I have no complaints, and at this point in my career, for the next year and a half my job is fantastic. Thank you so much for your concern!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks, no rush, I just need what ever it takes to convert a power steer 65 cuda to a manual steer, let me know what you find, would prefer good condition stuff obviously. PM if you have something.

Thank you soooo much Nella and Geof.

I really needed that hug Nella.

Will see the Doc next Wednesday to see what the plan is. I hope they o
something pretty soon so I can put this behind me.

    Love you guys,
    Tony
Hello there, saw your online, thought I'd see if that manual steer box is still available.

Sweet, not sure if you know but my 74 Satellite Sebring Plus is my very first car and I love it!!! I hope you get that car, they ride nice too. If you did get it, what would your plans be for it? I have some extra parts I would let go to the right kewl dude....:glasses7: :D :burnout:
Geof,, got the 65 apart and found out that the motor is a 273, 8.8 to 1 pistons with solid lifters !!! Man does that not make sense. Why put a low compression motor with a solid lifter, why not the hydraulic lifters ??? Thinking I will be adding the 10.5 to 1 pistons to it along with the Isky E-4 cam. Hope there are no valve to piston gap problems. I am not wanting to clay it to measure the gap. Since it would require the domed pistons to be in the motor. Don't want to install the domed pistons and find out they don't have a gap from the valves. Guess I will check the fabo and see if anyone knows anything about this set up.

Hope all is good with you and your family, look forward to maybe seeing you at Bakers this summer.
