I checked on shipping and it's between 25 and 30 based on dimensions and estimated weight. I would go 200 plus paypal fee of $6.28.

I may be able to help you out with tailights. Give me a day to look thru parts boxes. I'll send you pics of lenses and housings I have. You will have to get new gaskets for them but they are available.
