67/6barracuda

Hey! I've got the same setup as you, 67 fastback with bench fronts and /6.
I'm doing the cheap PUI reupholster on the front bench seats and I can't figure out how to pull the uppers from the lower. Are they press-fit on, or something? Any tips?

I just double checked.
I was sure Fort Mac closed up years ago.
Not on my daily routine any more.
