  • Hey good lookin! Aloha to you. Idk.. Life I guess got in the way. Money was tight so it was depressing looking at all the treads and couldn't really do any new projects. Moneys still tight but I've going to rebuild the 273 in my barracuda regardless. Started that on friday. You know I'll come to you for any powdercoating I may need!!!! Plus, football season hit and I go to all the UH games so that takes up the weekends. (tailgating takes it out of me for the complete weekend!) thanks for the shout out! Aloha and Mahalo !!!
    Leanna,

I emailed you for a quote for some hp273 valve covers and air cleaner quote and sending a pm here since I am a fabo member.

You can call me m-f 8-5 at 360 426-0805 or reply.

    Thanks,

    Robert Rosie
Thank you very much! Got a few new toys and a gut full of texas bbq, VERY well I am indeed! :glasses7:
Leanna, I just sent you that link to the clip on tv show at Cruisin'Coast 2011. It aired on WXXV-TV Fox 25 Oct 16,2011. Watch it and if you want to post it on here it will be fine with me. I was shocked that they chose my "decoy" out of probably 6000 or more cars. At least you can see a face you have been talking to. Let me know what you think, Joe
Leanna, I posted the rest of pics of shop. I like the way it turned out. I am babysitting Granddaughter for a few days. She will be 3 March 27 so she is wide open. Thanks again for checking on me after the storms, We had so more in Ala yesterday but all is well, Joe
Any chance you were at the car show at home depot on Indian bend road this morning? I thought I saw a woman who looked like might have been you. I'm in town for Barrett Jackson with the family and we heard about that show so we popped in. Pretty impressive for a show that doesn't start til 5 pm. Some super nice cars there I'd say. But clearly not enough mopars.
Hey Girl...how are ya??? And how's Billy? Where are we on our special project? Can finally say summer's coming. If it would be easier to ship in pieces I can reaasemble when it arrives. Let me know...
Hello Leanna, looks like I have another intake for you to put some bling and life back into it, look in the Johnny Dart alert thread, I will call and make an oppointment REAL soon .
I recently acquired a 66 Dodge Dart GT 273 HiPo. The other A Body I would want in my collection would be close to what you have: A 68 340 Cuda 4 speed fastback, preferably silver with red interior. Have a great spring, time to roll her out and get on the road !
Your PM box is full again. This message will self destruct in 5.... 4.... 3.... 2........

    Wylde1.
Yea were not to far apart. I'm gonna have to make a road trip sometime and come see your car and business!
How's bizz Leanna? I'm hangin' in there but auto repairs are slow right now like usual for this time of year. Mike
i was at mopar nationals last weekend and i bought an a body console off of bamacuda and he told me to send you an email to enter the young gun essay? i was wondering exactly what that is, i would have sent a personal message but cant figure out how, if you could email me back that would be great, thanks
Hey leanna its me Sye, I called and asked bout those weiland valve covers. Just thought id drop ya a line so you know who I am. Haha
    Hi Leanna,
I have seen some of the work you have done as I surfed through some threads on here and I am very impressed. Your work is amazing!! I have a couple of 273 commando valve covers that I would love to have you work on. They are in quite rough shape, as someone in the past has over-tightened the hold-down bolts until they actually tore the metal rail away at three of the bolt holes. So what I am wondering is - if I were to ask you to work your magic on them for me, what work should I have done first? Hot-tanked and the torn metal brazed? Media blasted? Or do you do full restoration? ...and of course, a ball-park figure of how much I am looking at for a crinkle finish powder coat on them (I did read that you are able to do that, Yes?).

Looking forward to talking with you!
    Robert Ings
Thanks superdart340! Actually, that's how I got into this biz ... practicing on my car. And then friends found out. :)
