Wow that’s crazy expensive I paid 70$ a wheel to get sandblasted and Powdercoat. The powder was 20$ a wheel.

Powder coating isn’t expensive. Unless your going somewhere overpriced, or want some fancy color.
The 63s weren’t designed with the V8 in mind. I believe the wiper motor gets in the way. Some people swap to a smaller one or modify the firewall....
Swapping out a 7.25 rear for an 8.75 is very simple. Can be alittle costly but it’s pretty basic. Would just need shorten driveshaft.

What’s the size of bottom and top bushing? If they aren’t the same.
I had to lube mine up and hit them on with a rubber mallet. Those look to be correct from here.
I also have the 1.03 PST bars with Addco front sway on my 273 65 Dart. I really like it, I also have the 100$ per shock bilsteins also.

The espo springs 6 leaf springs are pretty popular here. I went with afco super stiff springs I like them but they are 400$. Hope the dart coming...

I pulled a sway bar off a 75 duster and it had that flat bar like that top sway bar.
Yes I usually replace the strut tops my Volvo beaters. Make sure mark your inner fender before you take them off.
The addco brackets are kinda flimsy, most people upgrade with energy suspension brackets from summit.

I usually see center link v8 for 63-66 on here for around 200$
