    I havent fallen into a black hole , I did fall/buy into a polaris rs1 , and have about lost all interest in the barracuda , as of now . Even thinking of selling it . Have torn rotator cuff in right shoulder , and u guessed it , I`m right handed .

    I disagree with the above posts , I had a new 383 form S in 1968, it handled very well , I remember running off from a hugger camaro of the day , in the ozarks , he couldn`t come close to keeping up with me !

    I still think Bill Jenkins built the first one , to try to keep up w/ Sox-Martin . I read about nhra inspecting it as the first one , back then . All the others followed suit to keep up .

    ON MINE OFFSET SPRING HANGARS PUT THE SPRINGS DIRECTLY UNDER THE INNER WHEEL HOUSE EDGE , IF UR GOING TO PUT THE SPRINGS IN THE FRAME RAILS , U WOULD STILL HAVE THE SAME INNER CLEARANCE !

    lol , same here , not dr. diffs offset stuff tho--differant wheels now --no currant pics, and springs have settled to tire being even w/ the top of the well 295 60 d15 front of fenderwells contoured to match inner fender panel

    Did that on a hot 406 sbc GMC shortbed once, I made alum. pins to hold the hose onto the nipples in the rad. cradle , that way I could pull the pins and remove the hose to take the air cleaner off quickly .

    KICK ***, BUT WITH A R/B AND RAISED PORT HEADS THAT WONT EVEN WORK ON MINE , GOT ABOUT 5/8'' CLEARANCE AT THE MOST ON THE PASS SIDE. AND ITS FULL OF WIRING HARNESS ------------ LIKE THE ORANGE TOO .

    I replumbed my whole car with a rolled line from jegs , about 10 yrs ago, didnt put not one split flair in , if they split they aint right , after 50 plus yrs of being a plumber , I think I got this right .
