I did away with the drivers side air door housing and plugged it off , up flat against the opening . Then installed the fuse panel in that general vicinity .All the air door ever did was blow dust and dirt in my face anyway , even on a brand new 68 form S , back in the day ...

have changed coils , first thing I thot about , also many other changes , runs like a 505 should till I hit a bump , then dies ...but will restart , suspect a wire grounding some where when I hit that bump...

why not use the directions that will come w/ your kit , they will have a phone number for extra help

have had 4 of them never a failure ,except for the first one I bought used , hooked it up wrong , sent it back to msd in texas, they charged me $19.00 and sent it bqack to me !

Also, a lot of rebuilt mini starters wont stand up to the heat , buy a good one if u go that route.

Its been so long ago , I dont remember why, but he told me to hook 3 wires together at the key switch to get power to the starter, I did and it worked , the only thing is , the engine will continue to run in accessory of I go past off , when killing it .
