@dukeboy_318. Passed 4 of these jammers on the highway. Never did see the tires and wheels though.

Just unloaded the Transmission . Hopefully the last time it's on the road as cargo. It has more miles on it in the bed of the truck than operating in the car. 11 hour day door to door. I'm done for today. Should get it installed this week but unfortunately next weekend looks like a wash out.

Smarter folks than I can weigh in here. The +/- 20 is the arc of travel for steering (short of the stops) having a consistent, neutral spot and repeatable turn helps verify any adjustments. An accepted standard. Just like "jouncing" the suspension if you make ride adjustments to get everything...

Make yourself a pair of slip plates with some old tile or something..put some grease in- between... then the suggested speed square or such and mark out center and then + / - 20° I used that and string (front to rear...and. plumb bob vertical) Good luck

I bought the one and the guy threw in the second. I know why. LoL It's actually the same sad story. About a dozen cars and tons of parts but it's all sitting outside in the elements.

What l really wanted to salvage was the short tail housing with the park cable box. Along with that the short shaft. I seem to be able to find B body pushbuttons more frequently than A's so I'd need to swap it out.

The second one I just tossed onto the scrap pile :lol:

I appreciate the thought Frank. I'm salvaging what I can so I can keep the pushbutton in the car. Once i get everything up and running I'll start playing around with the 273. I'd like to do the build that is in the MOPAR performance manual.

Messing around with those junk 904s I picked up... good training aids. One might actually be salvageable... mostly I want the tail housing for the pushbutton... the valve body needs a separator plate... the second one is totally trash...
