I think i would just build a sleeved 6.1 based gen III.... there is all the stregth and reliability there and probibly less to resleeve.
This is just my opinion on the topic but i dont care who says there already ballanced drop i ready i still wouldnt trust it. No two stock 6.1...

Why do you want to use stock manifolds for a Turbo build? Build some headers the stock 5.7 manifolds for 5.7 are junk.
Most people would say the advantage is the thicker cylinder wall of the 5.7 block, not to say the 6.1 block isn't any good but there is more cases...

That's probably true except they don't have mechanical injection for the 5.7-6.1 hemi.
Its for the billit intake plates only, and you would have to find your own webber carbs or a throttle body set up. Thants a pretty cheep price...
