    Yep, I just crack the bleeder screws and remove the MC caps and let them drip for a bit. At first nothing might come out but give it some time and watch them bleed

    The M/C will get toasted if the pedal goes down too far. Hmm, you mean the seals inside the bore might get ripped if the travel outside the bore in a rough casting ?

    Take a small piece of 2 1/2 exhaust pipe and pound one end down enough to fit snug over the dust cap. Works perfect and yu should have some extra pipe laying around the place

    Yes. best point about the A bodies is the lighter weight and the more you remove, the better still. Get it down under 3,000 lbs and it feel like a different car. Just don't let very weak legged people drive the car

    Lift the back of the car up with a floor jack and place the trans in gear to make sure the back brakes are stopping the back wheels. I have seen wheel cylinders go bad were they leak air back in will not work--you bleed them they work for a while then stop working but do not leak brake fluid...
