I don't have a dished washer, because I use a bigger washer to cover the dowel. I had a dowel back out on an engine a few years ago. Locktight and proper torque.

You can get reasonable performance out of the rubber cork composite gasket.

Could that number be a part number stamping for that part of the car?

I just installed "FREE" Adblocker Plus. I say free, but they ask for money after install. I tried it on my Confuser and it is GREAT, all those stupid pop ups are gone. I only come here on my Confuser so I don't have phone issues. I went back and paid them $10, well worth it.

Thanks, I think I found the levers. On the rods just looking for something I can modify. So 1 rod around 15 inches and one around 10 inches. No numbers that I see.

Thanks Dave, he sent me a message, no rods but I think he has the correct levers. And yes one of my numbers was wrong. They will help my angles on the roosters for sure! Now to find some reinforced rods.

Want to get back to test and see what it does. Trans is out, I don't see anything wrong. I will be building stronger 1-2 and 3-4 shift rods after some stuff from S&W and McMaster Carr arrives. Spent some time looking at stuff trying to find anything else wrong.

So I got another jewel this weekend from Mopar Mark in MO. I think this is a Chrysler Marine cover. There was a listing for this cover in the 1966 High Performance Catalog. E8029M List price was $10.85. I installed the 2 breathers, that weight is included.
