No problem, it may have. My bumper brackets are different from everything I have seen, even in the FSM. I may have a mutant bumper or need a mutant license plate light bracket, lol!

This is out of a ‘72 Dart? It looks the same as I believe the 1968-1971…the distance between the mounting holes on my bumper bracket is 3.5”, I believe the distance between the mounting holes on the one in the pic is 5”, am I correct?

I agree with Yote, I have a '72 Scamp and it can be done with the column in place but, it is much easier with the column removed.
