    1966/'69 A100 Twins Build

Hey Johnny, I’m not sure what you are asking. The one was from the water pump and the other I used a big block nipple in the manifold. They were the correct size for the heater core. Jim

    Aftermarket Windows

If it is flat you can get it made at a local glass shop. You can't the the factory blue/green AC tinted color but for clear take examples of the old and they will cut and have it tempered.

    Timing Mark Dilemma

The slants my machine shop buddy built for me where similar. He bought 3 different gear/chain sets and they were all off by a half tooth. We degreed the cam and it was dead on so he marked the gears to be aligned where it was. Yes it was a 1/2 a tooth off from the (aftermarket) factory...

    ‘65 cable-shift 904 replacement advice

I believe I have some photos of how they are attached in my thread. Once the pan is off if I recall correctly you can figure it out easily. The new one you just push the cables in and they snap in place. 1963 Dodge Dart 270 Convertible for the Wife

    Rebuilding lower hinges?

Yes, need to see the hinges. If they are the '63 to '65 style the lower hinge steel is HARDENED, HARDENED and more HARDENED. I personally would send it to Leo if I do another one. You need matching hardened bits to drill it out. Painful without the right tools.

    Eric's cam challenge

Looks like us research engineers think alike... apparently exactly what I said DV wanted the data not the win, he was thinking he would be about 8th and ran shorter duration than the other to get the data.....

Early A Bendix 8 Screw Brake Booster Rebuild

I have a kit on order and was wondering if there is any interest in a video on the rebuild process? I know there are not a lot of these old boosters around so I am not sure of the overall value and as it usually doubles the time it take to do a project to do a video (plus the editing) I don't...

    Eric's cam challenge

He can’t anymore. His health is such he can’t leave his home. The last 6 months of videos you can see the decline clearly. He discusses that as well and jumped at Eric’s generosity because he no longer has the ability or resources.

    Eric's cam challenge

He is a research engineer and near the end of his tenure. I spent my career as an engineer devising tests and pulling data out of them to learn. The older I get I would rather have the knowledge than the win. I still say he knew the answer and saw 3 cams that were right and used this test as a...

    Eric's cam challenge

I am not an engine builder by a long shot but I have read everything I can get my hands on that has technical science behind it and built the motors for my cars using DVs methods very successfully for what I want. This seem more like a DV trashing thread but if you take time and really think...

Layson’s 1966 Plymouth body to taillight housing gaskets

The Layson’s 1966 Plymouth tail light body gaskets fit perfectly and are so nice. Thanks to Mike Clifford I now have a RH reflector that is as nice as my NOS LH one. Also used Motorcycle 1157 Mini bulbs to help not melt the lens like these can do. Contact @Rick@Laysons for a set.
