You could replace the bumper shock or just use a porta power to push it out. Pulling on the bumper might bend it.

i have used the spray can plastic primer with the Krylon after and had good results.

Patina is not spots of shiny steel it is spots of rust coming through paint and primer. I never take a 2nd look at fake patina or shiny steel with clear over it.

Someone posted on here recently they used Krylon from Hobby Lobby with good results.

66 is way different you need a 64 or 65 .

If you are ok with non custom Enamel I have used the paint from Tractor supply with hardner and it turned out great. We did a full size van with it and it still looks great 2 years later.

I agree the 1/4 meets correct at the front but not at the back where it meets the wheel well. Like the home made quarter is off.

As I understand it primer alone does not protect from flash rust so you may want to mist some paint over the primer.
