Thanks everyone for chiming in .... Going to make really sure the water pump mounting bolts are coated with sealer putting the system all together. pressurize the cooling system dry ....let it sit a while with pressure on it as we know it should hold if the integrity of the system is good...

Recently found a oil sheen in my coolant. I think it has to do with when i was installing a March alternator bracket system on my engine as I did not get enough sealer on the thread of the bolts or the incorrect sealer. I am not getting coolant into the oil so I suspect it is heating up hot oil...

Bought some neoprene valve cover gaskets trying to seal up my 318 in Project 53 truck of mine. I Have to run stock valve covers due to the power brake booster being so close to my valve cover. Dug around in my spares and came up some super clean 360 valve covers from a previously parted out...

GTX I have a 727 built by Pro Trans Dave Smith with a forward shift pattern that is noisy (clunk through all 1-2, 2-3 ) but are positive rock solid. My 727 is manual shift only. Great transmission.

I have one of my headlight bucket adjustment factory plastics pieces is stripped and will not allow very little adjustment to no adjustments. Just doing a quick look..... It appears this piece is not easy to get to. Please advise as I'm not having much luck finding any info out on these...
