Went over to Mopar mega meet and swap in Omaha today , nice show about 80 cars but swap was a let down only 7 or 8 venders so left early to hit Greenfield swap on way back to DesMoines , damn that was big about 500 venders but no Mopar stuff. What a let down . Sitting in chair at house enjoying...

There are two different rear seals for 904 trans , pre 72 and post 72 the original seal for pre 72 is a smaller out side diameter than the post 72. pre 72 seal is getting harder to locate as most parts stores don't have the early listing and usually have to order it in. Early national # 8935s Lon

Push the seal down till it stops then install the wire clip the same way till it stops then install the gear, it should turn stiff with new seals.... Lon

Don't use the Lucas, it is a seal softener, it might stop it for a while but it don't know when to quit and you will be pulling the trans out to reseal it in a short order meaning not only the front seal but all the rubber in the trans. Are you sure it's not the case lever seal at the shifter...

Complete 4 SPD conversion kit for early A body, came out of a 65 barracuda. Includes flywheel, flywheel bolts,small block bell housing, dust covers, linkage, pivot brackets and balls, release forks, pedals, floor hump, correct shifter, console plate, new boot, new pedal pads, and correct 106"...

It does require a different link for v8 to clear the pan, it has a lower drop to the center of it.

Been working on the valiant, getting closer to setting the engine in. motor bay in color, plumbing and then power train 65 plymouth dark blue metallic.

Motor and trans, interior, fuel and brake system, paint and body.!!!!!! Going 273 commando late 904 l/u wide gear set, midnight blue body, gold stripe with gold and dark saddle interior . Lots of work not much time!
