no, if those cheap *** headers didn't hang low then it wouldn't be an issue. the coilover set up will make any of the header choices much easier to fit due to the extra room... the choice comes down to if you want to hit the headers on the ground or not.

hey @slantsixdan any word on these new headlights yet? i was on their site but don't know if the new ones are there or not.

i can't speak for a QA1 set up but on a car equipped with an alter-k tti fit great.. with the coil over set up there is much less stuff to have to clear so theres no issue there.. QA1 set up i don't know but would like to think its the same in the fact that theres just less stuff to clear.

to be honest only you can know if you will hate them or not. in my old dart i went from a 3.91 to a 3.55 and it was better but i still didn't like it... too much gear for my driving type.. our present dart has a mild 360 in it and i originally had a 2.94 gear in it, then wnt to whats in it...

i went tti. fits awesome.. ther is some trimming needed to get it to fit properly. since its made for 67-up darts the tail piper stuck out way to far for me and looked stupid so i cut the turn downs off and slid them back some...

in the end only you can decide what to run... will low hanging stuff work? sure but it may annoy the hell out of you like it has for many over the decades..... if it were me i'd sell ****, work OT and just save until i had the money for something that wasn't going to annoy me and hurt my...

the ease of getting to the plugs is something i didn't know about until i installed a pair of tti's. it was an added bonus for me.. so much nicer... top pic tti bottom pic all the cheap headers.

here ya go.. this shows the real difference... top tti, middle dougs, bottom blue motor is all the rest. dougs and tti are easy to get to #5 and #7 plugs and look at the difference at how high the dougs and tti are compared to the cheap bottom ones..
