    Bump steer the second

Don't know about your original question, but it does appear that you calipers are installed on the wrong side(s). The hose should be at the bottom, and the bleeder should be at the top, otherwise you're gonna have a helluva time getting all of the air out of there.

    Bump steer the second

Could it be, that i mounted my spindles the wrong way and the brake caliper belongs in front of the spindle and i have the left spindle on the right and the right on the left and this ist causing my steering problems ? if it is even possible to mount em the wrong way ?

No mowing here yet. Getting some brush cutting done while the temps are cool with no bugs. Rain on its way, should clear the salt crap off the roads

    putting a ford 5.0 in a 72 Dart

Well the thing with a 5.0 HO for me is the roller cam however the magnum or roller LA should produce similar results and fit right in Im thinking... a stock 5.0 Mustang GT engine is 225 horse can get that from a 318

I just remembered, the compressor was sounding a little off. A short investigation revealed the motor mounting bracket failed. Spot welds let go and caused bracket to crack. Pitter patter…

You’re running alky, right? Completely different animal than gas. Sometimes with alky it takes planning to get enough temp in it.

I was saying 180 street driving it. That is plenty fine. I try to hit the water box at about 135-140 at the track. Usually by the ET shack getting my time slip it’s approaching the 180 mark The key is staging the car at a consistent temp, running the electric water pump and fan allows me to dial...

Leaking Gas from 1973 Dodge Dart

I would put a new stock pump on it and get rid of all that mess under there. Way to much going on under there.

    Duster windshield removal/replacement

Yes, of course I've read it. But I defer to my friend who has been a professional automotive glass installer for 45 years. There's drain channels in the frame area that easily get plugged with sealer causing drainage issues, and the "rubber" that has been used to make the seal for the last...

    Green Bearing Question

Yep. Each is set up different and how the hubs assemble. No 2 cars in the shop are the same. The March F1 and F2 uprights are very similar but different, not sure on the Indy stuff as they don’t run much in the vintage road course events.
